Colleges and schools should be open. Those are less than flu deaths for the age groups under 30

In 2009, 1100 people under 18 in the US died from Swine Flu between May and September. Only schools that closed were ones that had outbreaks and was only for a few days.

If the CDC's estimated IFR were applied to Louisiana, that would average up to a difference of 6.46 times between Louisiana's Cfr and IFR. Applied to each age group:
70+ 3.7%
60-69 1%
50-59 .4%
40-49 .15%
30-39 .07%
18-29 .009%
0-18 .009%
70+ 3.7%
60-69 1%
50-59 .4%
40-49 .15%
30-39 .07%
18-29 .009%
0-18 .009%

The Oschner survey, only antibodies survey I have heard of, put us higher than the CDC's estimate.
Not a ton higher, I think the overall was 1.65%

That was based on estimated total case to fatalities in New Orleans in March and April. Mortality has declined in May and June. Louisiana was at 7% overall cfr at the end of April. We are down to a CFR of 4% now.
CFR for May and June alone has been less than 2%.

Right, was just saying that is the only study that used local data and didn't apply data from other parts of the country.
