When listing items that need to be replaced, be as specific as possible.
Example: "white 2-slice toaster" will get you a $35 white toaster from Target or Walmart. But, if you say "white Dualit New Generation Classic 2-slice toaster", you will get reimbursed for the price of that specific item, which is $200+.
It is really easy to leave a lot of money on the table by not being specific. It is also really difficult and time consuming to provide that much detail, but you owe it to yourself. Good luck!
