Louisiana #2 on Most Diseased States in America list

Stats are horribly skewed. They should also release them by race. For some reason the most diseases have high black populations and the states with the most whites have the least diseased population.

Damn, Missouri #17, not bad considering they were either #1 last year or St.LOuis City was #1 in Cities with STD.
