Lot of objectionable content is posted on Twitter; why is Twitter still on the App Store?

Can someone explain this to me? Both Twitter and Parler have objectionable content on their platforms. Why is Apple not forcing Twitter to do the same thing they are asking Parler to do, or do they think Twitter is already doing a good job when it comes to content moderation? I am just so confused about all this.

Supposedly, a group has an app where you can arrange to kill another human. Planned Parenthood or something like that.

What is confusing? This behavior is as old as fascism. Those with the means silence their opposition whenever and however possible. There isn't some complex thought process at play here.

Because most of the objectionable content on Twitter was coming from the current commander in chief. Thankfully they took care of that.
