When I was at JFK High School in New Orleans around 1977, there was a shooting in the front parking lot where many students who rode the Cartier bus hung out. As the 10-15 shots rang out, there were about 200 of these students running into the main breezeway screaming and laughing, and it looked and sounded just like that video, minus all the stolen goods. Flashback 70’s.

Those people don't care about the guy that died. This is just opportunism at its core. They are laughing and cutting up the whole time. It's also crazy how calm some of them are with 15-20 rounds going off right around their general area.
