Looking in the dove park area to be able to spread out a little bit... currently live in Greenleaves.

I used to live in that area, had well and sewerage treatment plant. Had no issues with well water, just go deep. Was not a fan of sewerage treatment plant. I like to use bleach and put other things down the drain. Had septic tank in Florida, also not a fan for the same reasons.

If you're looking for a house on the Northshore now, you've already missed the good times. It's turning into a shitty flood prone sprawling suburb. The smart people are getting out while they can.

What?? The market in Mandeville is exploding right now. My buddy bought a house in the 160s and sold it a few months later for 189. I lived in Mandeville for two years and never had issues with flooding. Maybe out by the lakefront

This board is full of self loathing doomsday people like that. Won the lottery? Sorry. It was only 69 million, last week was 73. Too bad. And don't forget the people who think it is so cool to shite on LA, Baton Rouge and NOLA every chance they get. I guess the Northshore hate is going to become trendy now.
