to be clear the apartment has AC I just don't have any other clothes than the ones I had , NOT alot of food I have a toothbrush here and toothpaste , one roll of toilet paper because tomorrow I was completing the move so I wasn't planning on being here tonight

IMO, those three things with a quick gravy are a goat meal.
I bought a Picanha (top sirloin cap) today and tomorrow going to sous vide it for 6 hours and sear, and do some asparagus and scallops potatoes

Yum. Sounds delicious. Husband usually cooks on Sunday with his smoker and/or Traeger. I adore top sirloin and it is absolutely the best thing at Fogo.

Just the obstacle I have to overcome Monday, and then the next one and then the next I was having an alarm system installed during the week a washer and dryer being delivered all that has to be rearranged
