Scoob I saw your reply earlier about your saltwater tanks. I have two 30 gallon biocubes. One is a predator tank with a puffer, trigger, and a damsel. The other is a community tank with clowns, gooby, shrimp, and various snails, I don't have time to do the corals,etc.

Corals aren't terrible. Stick with softies and LPS.

I tried twice with small coral and they gradually got hard and died and I said I am done. Just too much work in small tanks. Imho if the water isn't perfect it kills them.

Water changes help. I do it twice monthly.
Like I said, some corals are easier than others. Try LPS. Low flow low light. You don't need metal halide lights or an expensive flow maker.
