I don't know how its where you all live but here in Washington, at the fulfillment centers, Amazon shows their commitment to their employees at the end of each year by asking you to quit and take $3,000 on your way out. Also most of the ones in Kent are around 95% part timers who average around $16 an hour (after 3 years part time)
