when i read the article, my first thought wasn't that the 14 year old slit this baby's neck... it was that the infants neck was snapped/broken... which MAY have been intentional, or, again, it could have happened during the birthing process, considering this kid wasn't a medical professional with tons of birthing experience, to know how to properly deliver a baby....
why you went straight to "the baby's neck was slit", dunno...

This is a fricked up situation all around. How did the parents NOT know she was pregnant? Who is the dad? Is it a relative? I don't know about charging a 14-year-old girl with first degree murder until all that is sorted out.
