As someone who sometimes drives to the barn on river road in the dark, those damn lights have kept me from running up on a few bikes. Especially in the fog. I agree with this rule.

Damn, wtf is up with all this shite over no lights on a bicycle? Back in my day cop would’ve just rolled his window down and told you ride on the sidewalk so you wouldnt get hit by a car
