Yeah ... LAPD or LACSD chases are tiresome since they last forever as they don’t really chase. They may or may not shoot one of those tracking devices onto the rear and/or follow from a distance or with a helicopter. That car stopped several times and for the most part it wasn’t going fast and people were walking up to it and one guy threw stuff at it. All I could think was “Citizens arrest, Citizens arrest” when the truck blocked the car. Should have given him an award for giving me my life back after watching an hour of that.
