So this thing is a CAT4, when does the brunt of this hit the coast line and which live feeds can I rely on? Periscopes?

Can you imagine building "blue sheds" along coastlines? Buy a plot a land facing the beach, burying I Beams into the ground, pour a concrete slab 2 floors spanning 20'(incase it floods), tilt wall, hurricane windows with Lami IGUs, steel reinforced curtainwall backed by a steel roll up doors (incase the IGUs fail).
And just rent out that bitch to the networks for like a couple $100,000.
