Listened to a podcast by a reality TV guy who blew the lid off it. Not live, They edit the hell out of it.
One example was a black chick where cop immediately found powder in her car,
field tested white substance and said, “Yep, it’s cocaine.”
Full unedited film showed it took three lengthy searches to find something white. And the crime lab later confirmed the white stuff was just donut sugar. Field test was bullshite.
She was innocent, but Live PD made her look so guilty she lost her job. People believe it so much that she couldn’t explain enough that she was innocent to get her job back.

What’s the PC to run a dog on the car of this 20 year old girl doing 35 in a 25 while seeming sober out of the car?

Wondered the same thing but then again I don’t think they even need PC to run the dog around the outside of the car
I just remember that they always tell ppl who refuse to let them search their car that they are gonna get the dog then if the dog alerts they then have probable cause to search. This led to a legal debate over how long is reasonable for a citizen to have to wait for the K9 to get there and many citizens questioning whether the dog really alerted or the police just said they did or coaxed it into it
