This rehab keeps running commercials. They say they treat the whole patient, including addressing the genetic factors of addiction.
They obviously aren't injecting patients with stem cells and altering their genetic coding. So what does "addressing the genetic factors" mean in current times?
Do they just run genetic tests and charge high $ and tell the patient "You have a code that makes you more susceptible to addiction". Or is there some specific new genetic treatment they offer?
For decades we have known if a senior family member was an addict that a junior family member could be at risk as well.
