I get it if you're just doing it for more money, but I'm not in a situation where I would get paid more living in Houston, and I don't really see what all it would offer more than what I currently have (I'm not into driving an hour in traffic every day). If I'm moving I'm not moving somewhere with a similar climate/topography. Would need to be somewhere with either beaches or mountains.

One of the primary drivers for me would be 4 seasons.

Like Trapped in Time, I’m staying here. Just retired. Our family and friends are here. Our 2 sons and 7 grandchildren are here. I see them every week. I’m not leaving them. We will travel the globe, but Baton Rouge is home.
