I have two of those in the attic.

Drain pans have always worked when I've had water issues. But errbody is on a slab around here.

My ac is upstairs too and even though I change my filter religiously it will still clog up every now and then. I have a pan with a cutoff switch under it but once the leak missed the pan. I was mad.

At least I have a gallo gun and can clear my own drain line.

Yep. How about you?

We have tankless at the barn. It really is nice. I don't have gas in my condo to have tankless. Also, I'm poor.

Why would you have to go to court?

I can't imagine the court would appoint a man at deaths door to be a guardian ad litem.

We've been over this. You're not poor. You're horse poor. That's well off with expenses.

Listening to Vai For the Love of God with the Holland Metropole Orchestra. Holy hell. A masterpiece.

My parents new house has concrete floors on the first level. I'm still not crazy about them.

My AC and water heater are in the same closet (bottom floor), so it's one stop shopping if something fricks up.

That was smart planning.

I slept late then took a 3 hour accidental nap today.

I will never go to sleep.
