Are horse show people as bad as dog show people? I adopted a pointer and his foster mom has had me enter him in these competitions and I swear these people are crazy.

Listening/watching Gilmour live in Gdansk. On an Island is an awesome tune and good to drink and fall asleep to.

Some are and some aren't.

Nobody in our barn is too crazy. None of us have a ton of money and we work our asses off to get where we are.

The super fancy expensive barns are full of some crazies, though.

The horse racing world seems to have a little less of the crazy. A little.

You race? That's awesome.

The place I practice with my dog allows horses too. Basically a big covered arena. I've seen them make the horses dance around cones, but they never seem to let them run. It's crazy how precise they can be.

I've got one I bred who runs.

If I didn't have to make a living I would love to work at the track.

It's hard to make them listen and be precise. My show horse is an ex racer and all he wants to do is run. I've been working on installing good brakes for years.

Wait when you train horses do you give them voice commands?

Depending on what level you want to compete at, that can be cheap.

Mine was free off the track. The other one I bred. $50,000 for a racehorse at auction can be cheap depending on which state you are in.

Mir, mine knows voice commands on the ground. It helps to have that to back up other signals under saddle.

This is a dancing walking type horse. I've heard the lady bitch at a trainer about doing something with her "frickin' fifty thousand dolla horse" that she didn't like.

I'm in TN, if that makes a price difference.

Yeah, I think that's it. It's kind of cool watching a horse reverse through an s curve.
