Lafayette is nice if you come from some rural area in Louisiana where there’s less than 10,000 people. If you come from some huge metropolitan city where there’s 2,000,000 plus people living there, Lafayette is basically a small town. It’s all about perspective.

Lafayette is no prize, but I’d live there 100% over LC. Mainly because it’s closer to New Orleans.
The ONLY reason I’d pick LC over Laffy would be if I planned on going to Texas a LOT.
