LA Alarms

Has anybody used them instead of a bigger company like ADT or Interface?

I’m leaning towards them now and the reviews seemed favorable on their page.

Also, is there any permitting or anything you need to coordinate with the city? My wife’s coworker told her that but I’m not familiar with having to notify the city to put one in.

ETA: I ask about notifying the city because I didn’t grow up here. In Lake Charles you didn’t have to, at least I didn’t get that impresssion.
