Kudos to blue Lexus hatchback at Washington and i-10 this morning

Begging guy at light wearing flip flops and under Armour shirt. Has 2 dogs with him. She puts down window and hands over small bag of dog food. Guy was not too happy, but he accepted the kibble.
More of us need to use a similar approach.
