That's everywhere. When I was young I worked a cart attendant for a semi-private course and every morning when I'd show up to pull the carts out of the barn before we opened and there were people finishing up their round.

It was funny to my friends and me how early Vegas courses would start their twilight hours. We played their one August years ago and played in the middle of the day and were the only ones on the course. It was hot, but without the humidity it was great. We played in Baton Rouge two days before and were miserable.
