It's not sailor suits, but my boys are 5 now, they're spending a few weeks away with their grandparents. Every pic I see on FB they're dressed matching from head to toe.
My wife still does it here and there, they're way too old at 5 IMO so I'd never to do it, but the grandmother swears by it.
