Termites seek water & wood. What are you using for flower beds? ie: don’t use wood mulch use pine straw. Good luck
One of the first questions he asked was if there was mulch against the outside of the damaged wall. Funny thing is, I told my wife a couple weeks ago that I was putting down rubber mulch in that area. Not because of termites, but for less upkeep. Now I know.

Goodluck. My experience is where there is one place or colony, there are others.

I mean, they've eaten so much seems rude to stop them now.

If you are really worried about the damage after it gets sprayed, cut out the drywall to see behind it. If you aren't comfortable patching drywall just hire a carpenter to replace the trim and drywall after you look behind it.

Look up at how to use termidor. After you treat the slab with termidor, use sheet rock mud and wood putty to hide the damage, then paint. Never tell anyone what you did.

I paid a termite guy $500 to put down termidor when I discovered termites similar to OP.
OP. Just treat to kill them. Google how much damage they actually do in a year. It’s not much. Just termidor and then repair the walls cosmetically unless you have some reason to believe they did real damage. Don’t overreact, they’re not as catastrophic as the commercials make it look.
