I guess this may be new to the baws who aren't familiar with the nola metro area, but Jaun Lafonta/Big Freedia commercials have been a thing for a long time now.Probably since 2016 or so.
Big Freedia is a crossdresser but I'm pretty sure he's not transgender.... if that makes any sense.....?

Basically. Drag queens, as best I can tell, like to dress up as over-the-top versions of women for their amusement and the amusement of others. They don't think they're actually women.
