I question if you've ever even listened to the Howard Stern show with your ignorance. Where ever you are getting the information you are posting was probably written by Boots himself as he was never that significant part of the show apart from his occasional appearance on contests from time to time (and of course the audio of his Baba Booey bombs usually during live news broadcasts).
Joey Boots even being mentioned as part of the Howard Stern show is the brilliance of Howard's ability to create interest out of nothing.
