Metro, yes. Just on city size, I think it goes Dallas, Indianapolis, Austin.

It's pretty nice for Indiana.

Seriously, there are a LOT worse places you could be, but there aren't a lot of things anyone could say that scream "You should come here for this awesome reason". It's more like a general and overall lack of badness.
