Get you an 80 series Landcruiser. You will be more comfortable driving the causeway and it is just as capable off road, bone stock, and you'll be different than all the neckbeards that rock jeeps.

and to agree with the OP, you can pretty much park anywhere you want. Having always driven a truck and occasionally being limited parking in some spaces, I have yet to have this problem in my jeep.
