I used it for the first time today. Was told about it just this morning. I parked for free right off Desaix walked a few blocks and came in the back way. It's a lit not walking that the other entrance but not only no wait i got my liquor right in too.
I had full back pack ice chest. Then set up at congo square and the crowds were great today. No wait for most food.
