I know the NFL does a much better job preparing rookies when they come into the league in terms of what to be aware of, how to better protect their money, etc but no matter what, they are still young dudes in their early 20s who suddenly had money.
If the 23 year old you would have all of a sudden got a job making millions a year with a $20M signing bonus, what would you have done? When you go to a bar or something and all the women in there know who you are. Then all of a sudden they are flirting and throwing themselves on you. I have to think most men, would cave in every once in awhile.
