Yeah, every 'bump' never came to fruition.
The only one that was close was the original bar opening to case increase. It also coincided with weather getting nice and people going back to jobs.
Then the masking started and cases disappeared. Neglecting that the downward trend started before masking results could be seen.
They were so excited that Halloween and a slight bump coincided this time.
