I have a fairly reliable source (retired LSP trooper who knows folks on Half Moon's security detail) who say that Papa Moon is not happy with Baby Moon's bullshite removal of the monuments. Take it FWIW, but I don't doubt this is true. Yellow Moon has some ulterior motive why he wanted those statues removed, but what are they? Removing Davis and Lee are bad enough, but removing Beauregard is simply unforgivable. PGT did a lot for NOLA before and after the war; he also campaigned during the horrid Reconstruction for suffrage for recently freed slaves.
