I always thought Blippi looked like Justin Timberlake in Bad Teacher
My now 3 year old used to watch Ms Rachel, something about her voice would chill him the frick out immediately when he was 1-2. If he was having a tantrum in the car I'd put her on through the speakers and he would shut up straight away, I assume it's the pitch of her voice.
He's now obsessed with Thomas the Tank Engine, I don't think it's as deep as a lot in this thread are making out
