The darker the roast, the lower the caffeine. Avoid "breakfast blends" as they are high in caffeine. I'm not on any medications and two cups of breakfast blend will have me wired to the max. I can drink dark roast/express roast all day and night and it does not affect me at all.

If I can shoot Crokodile in my foot at 6 a.m. and then drink 3 cups of coffee by 7, I don't see why you cannot do the adderall.
