Auburn has an aviation management degree program. A friend’s son graduated and is working for a regional straight out of school. Not sure what he’s making, not sure the cost, but got his hours and degree from Auburn.

Very frequently, fighter pilots move into the airline world.

Very rarely, airline bubbas roll into the fighter world.

Becoming a fighter pilot was very hard and is a young man’s game. It sets you up well for the airlines. Would it have been faster to fly C-130s instead? Sure.

But I’ll hard pass and keep the fighter all day.
