Got me out a couple years ago. Laid in bed for 2 days watching Netflix and popping pain killers. Might see if I can get a few more teeth pulled

Got mine out over spring break freshman year of college, oral surgeon said they were the biggest he'd ever seen... Face was swollen like a balloon, was on pain meds for a while. Finally felt better, then got an infection from something getting stuck in the hole... Not a great experience for me

I had to get the dry sockets packed with medicated gauze, only thing that stopped the pain.

I ate a double bacon cheeseburger from McDonald's for dinner 6 hours after I had my surgery.

Save me a few vicodins.

The sound is the worst. Hearing the drill and the crunch of the teeth. Pain isn't bad even if only on gas and Novocaine.
Pain will ramp up fast afterwards. Might take the pain pills time to kick in and for me, even on the pills, the first 12 hours were rough.
But, mine wasn't a straight up removal. I got mine out about 25 years late.

I was told that getting wisdom teeth pulled was no big deal. However, I was out of work for 2 weeks and refilled my prescription for pain medication twice after I had mine. Talk about a miserable experience
Same here. Dentist was dragging me around the room trying to get those damn teeth out!

My guy needed work on his bedside manner. They hit me with the novacaine and he was gone for like an hour. He and the nurse walked back in and he was like
"man....that didn't go like we expected. That was really tough."
I was like,"DOC....should you say that in front of a nervous patient!"
"Oh, you are going to be a cake walk after that one."

I should have had mine taken out much sooner than I did. I put it off for years and suffered when I shouldn't have. It was no big deal. I was back at work the next day.

It was a piece of cake for me. I was so doped up, they could have cut my arm off and I wouldnt have given a shite. They told me to get there an hour early and they gave me these little pills, about the size of tic-tacs. Dont know what they were, but they were awesome. Dont remember much after taking them.

Got the IV treatment when I had mine taken out, all four of em.
My mom said I had my wallet out with cash in hand when she walked in afterwards, told her they did such a good job I wanted to leave a tip.

They prescribed me clindamycin after the surgery
Ended up with C Diff colitis that took multiple rounds of antibiotics to fix because of relapses
Moral of the story frick CLINDAMYCIN
Don't let them prescribe it to you
