but keeping them at the same minimum wage will not necessarily retain them as the competitor may pay more for experience.


min wage is just for unskilled or new entry workers. At $16/hr i dont think COSCO is looking for 16 year old part time high school help. they are looking for someone who has previous experience in retail or box stores.
