I would be for banning makeup only if photoshop glasses were invented and mandated to wear.

add to that:

3. no perfume/fragrances(allergy/respiratory risks)
I see the heels and perfume getting passed much easier than the tight fitting stuff, but it may be able to be done.
Make-up in the work place is meant for "attraction"...attraction has no place in the workplace....ask HR if you doubt me. Also, I'm sure there's something wrong with clogging up your pores all day every day
