No contest is not a guilty plea. It is different from a guilty plea.
Guilty, no contest, not guilty. I don’t give a frick what you want to call it and it doesn’t really matter to me. The bottom line is I don’t pay for the traffic violation (it is dropped) and it can’t be used against me in the civil proceeding.
No contest worked very well for me thank you.
