There are a lot of LSU fans who pull for the Astros just because of Bregman, last year when I went to a game, he hit two HRs and both times there was a L-S-U chant that broke out.
I think its targeting a Louisiana fan base who pulls for him more than it having anything to actually do with him.

I bought a Jeff Bagwell silver medallion for $50 back in 1994. And Bregman is no bagwell.

bregs is a big draw here in Houston...
He made it into the advertising crew and does an HEB and utility company series of commercials.
Astros have the bayou bash weekend where you go and there are games and giveaways and a plate of crawfish for a set price... you also get an astros Jersey with Bregman name..nice jerseys ....one was white and another year it was purple... I was expecting this year to be gold... but it did not happen due to covid???
