I can recall driving by the site where Acadiana Mall was to be built back when Ambassador Caffery was a 2 lane road.

Ambassador can be a complete clusterfrick

And the exit getting off I-10 is a joke

I spent all week in Dallas enjoying their advanced roads and came back to that bs 1 lane exit

Also, in addition to the general frickery due to the Chik-Fil-A on Ambassador past Lowe's there is ALSO road construction on that same stretch between Shooters and Lowes. Honestly surprised in only took 25 minutes...

I hate alot of people, but I hate these people the most.

This. The line of fat fricks blocking the road right aggravates the F out of me every time I get stuck in that mess

Lafayette roads/infrastructure are complete garbage & were designed by a bunch of 5 year olds. The worst though is getting off 49 south & hitting stop light after stoplight in the thruway ghetto.
You mean to tell me that the wizards of smart waaaay up north in Shatport, (even Lake Chuck) got it figure out decades ago?!!! At least the Port got 49 North & South, 220 north, 3132 south loop & 2 parkways with nice green space on either side of the river?!! Wtf

I agree with this . Shreveport is a shite hole overall , but it is easy as hell to get around that city

I’ll bet it was still called New Flanders Road.
