Makes sense. They don’t have a tard hockey league over there, so where would these kids play? Kinda leaves them no choice.

Downs is a genetic condition.
Eugenics promotes the selective breeding of humans to "improve" the genetic quality of populations.
Eugenics as a framework or ideology bears no intrinsic logical connection to the question of whether a given condition, such as Down syndrome, is heritable

This is very counterintuitive considering the level of immaturity and intelligence of the immigrants Europe is allowing to flood in.
