I need a good quarry tile guy

to lay about 5-600 sf in a commercial building. I had a good guy last year but I'm guessing he's busy with the flood as a lot are and doesn't want to fool with it and won't return my call. Anyway he was a bit of a pain in the arse to deal with so I want someone different anyway.
Know anyone?

Yeah I don't think the architect and owner would like me to just change the scope but thanks anyway.

Tile guy right now will rob you blind. I just finished renovating my house in Nola and recommended the tile guy who did my back splashes and bathrooms to a friend who flooded in Praireville. The tile guy who I thought was reasonable wanted to charge my friend something obnoxious like $18k for 1200sf.

It is a commercial building with an architect. We all are aware of what it will cost. I can't just change because it might cost more. People haven't stopped building other projects just because of the flood.
Let's just say if it is $18k I'm ok with that. The one last year was $44k.
