He’s obviously not all there but there is definitely art involved in what he creates. The fact he has shown support for trump shows you he is completely a free thinker and not one to vote dem just cause he’s black.

The thing is I'm not even 100% convinced he's really a Republican, politically or likes Trump because of his actual policies. He's a guy who prides himself on being an individual and doing or saying things that are basically tabboo. He has always been that way. Hence the whole GWB and Taylor Swift stuff.
When he saw that black people were collectively against Trump nd it became a huge taboo to support him publically. Kanye then made it his mission to go and visit Trump just to troll people who told him not to. When he saw the backlash from that, he then started wearing the red hat. He was in full force troll mode.
In either case even if he is a giant troll and a narcissist, i do agree with his overall message. Don't be afraid to have a mind of your own, even if everyone around you disagrees.
