I don't know, right off...

That sounds like about what I pay for the building and I opt for the extra contents coverage.

I'm in the same boat. I don't have flood insurance. If I flood for some reason, 95% of the homes/businesses in my parish will have been wiped out already.

The ultimate gamblers, if they don't worry about you getting flood insurance it means they don't see it as fricking up the cash flow from you to them.
