You’re so tough man,
There is absolutely no way in hell anyone would believe any of the shite you just said. You sound like a real professional.
Literal billions in claims are paid annually. Some go to litigation, some go to mediation. You sound unhinged

that comment makes no sense

The insurance contract is priced properly, but that's based on a property that is not priced properly (but insurance would have to pay that inflated price if a claim was made).
Incorrect, premium is based on replacement cost not market value. Those homes in Pacific Pallisades have extremely high land values.
Your homes value can go up, that doesn’t mean the replacement cost goes up equally

What you should be asking is why do we even have trillion dollar companies run by non Christian east Coast mfers that would frick their grandmother out of a nickle if they could profiteering in such an industry. This is why our health care system is 5 times as expensive as next most expensive yet we are about to drop out of top 20 or 30 in quality.
Even a a Southern libertarian GOP guy like me can see how fricked up this is, and don’t give me the free market bullshite. This is a bigger cartel than OPEC.
They admitted in the state Katrina litigation last year and paid some bullshite like 25 million or something.

In no way are you who you pretend to be, and you’re definitely not educated enough to make any comment on this topic. You’re an emotional child.
As far as your determination of my destiny, that’s not up to you bud. I’m a child of the Lord. Sounds like you’ve got some serious issues

That’s why they dropped the policy. Actuaries told the companies what the price should be, and CA DOI said they couldn’t charge that price, so they dropped the risks or pulled out.

Everything I said was 100% true, the only reason I am on the plaintiff side is my father died of a heart attack at 39 and they wouldn’t pay his life insurance so I had to live like a poor boy for about 5 years until they settled and I will never forget it bitch

Mmmk, you have the EQ of a petulant child. Carry on with your non-sense about new world orders and cabals

Now link the Underwriting losses from claims in the last two years for every major carrier, and make sure you show this record profit you speak of

Ignore the POS. Slickback is correct i think they wanted 26% increase or something but the insurance commissioner there can’t agree to that without public hearing which would include their financials and they have never given that out to anyone so it’s essentially a Mexican standoff. Again this is a result of a crazy California referendum caused by a scandal in the way they handled earth quake claims I think.
But for the shite with my Dad I would have probably been one of those guys. Northwestern Mutual made me an incredible offer after graduate school but I went to law school instead.
Their actuarial departments
are deadly accurate, I am sure they are using some super advanced AI. They pushed for major reforms right before all those hurricanes hit Florida a year or so ago, they gutted the law in Mississippi two years before Katrina, cancellation on all these polices right before the fires, it’s like they know the future or something.
They are basically omnipotent gods right now immune from regulation or influence of any government. Just like the investment bankers they are above the law in all regards. You can’t beat them in the long run.
Look I would do the same shite if I were them. They are in the money making business not the insurance business. It’s perfectly logical. But they have no limits, no checks, nothing can stop them. It’s our own fault to think any state can regulate or control anything about them is insane. California and Florida are so large they are like wealthy countries yet see what has happened to them.
I have lived long enough to know that money talks and bullshite walks, and no one except maybe Goldman Sachs and a few banking firms have more money then they do.
The only good news is that they want to get out of cat lose business and want the government to do it with a wind policy like flood and they always get what they want eventually.
