I think the end game is that as you continue to enlarge the circle of victim-hood, eventually almost EVERYONE can potentially become an oppressor.

Sure...as a white man you're the worst. But...who's next? A white woman has white privilege, but she's also a woman and is out upon by the patriarchy! So is a black man worse than her because he's a man? Can't be...he's black. But what if she's ALSO a lesbian? Etc, etc.

Eventually no one gets to sit in judgement as everyone can be see as an oppressor if you look hard enough. At that point, where's the fun in that?
