Well, damn! I’m kinda convinced that the RV/boat storage business may not be the route I should take when it comes to starting up my own venture. I assumed it would be quite a necessity for those living in HOA neighborhoods with strict rules.

had a coworker with a cattle ranch look into it..
he had the acreage and was on the main road up a few miles from the highly used lake... also had the equipment and knowledge to build structures and maintain them...

my point is he sounds like it would have been perfect.... he said insurance and security were a deal stopper like op said...

he had cattle so he could work the irs and was good at creative money making...
