Took 3 times longer to get a big arse Beer and cost 5 times as much.

They stopped the construction for Mardi Gras. Some sections look new, some old, but no active construction sites.
Some friends came in from out of town so got roped into doing the hyper-packed, cesspool we all know and love during Carnival. Don’t worry, I took my shots.

I was there yesterday and walked from Canal to the 500 Block and didn’t see any construction whatsoever. After that I have no idea
