Kingbob probably gave the best and most real advice on the OT.
Women scream because they don’t want to talk and it’s easier to just bait you into a fight and then blame you. Learning not to fall for that trap is a massive leap forward in a married man’s life. Weather that initial storm and have a real conversation and you’ll have a better marriage.
They also talk incessantly and sometimes it’s something important and sometimes it’s just venting and nonsense. You have to learn how to filter and when to engage.
Marriage is not easy. And it’s not like a movie or a TV show. It takes work and it takes patience and it’s a learning process for both of you. But there is not a more rewarding thing on this planet than a well cultivated and truly shared experience in marriage. Good luck.
